• If a paid order cannot be delivered, we refund it in full to the original payment method.
• Top-ups delivered to the ID you entered are final and cannot be refunded.
• If you were charged twice for one order, the extra payment is refunded.
• Refund timing depends on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
