How to Find Your User ID (UID) or Player ID Before You Top Up

Most products on VumGM are account-ID top-ups: you only enter the ID of the account that should receive the credits. You never need to give us your password.

Where to find your ID

1. Open the game or live-streaming app you want to recharge.
2. Go to your profile or account information section.
3. Look for your User ID (UID), Player ID or account ID — it is usually shown under your name or in your profile details.

The exact place depends on the app. Some games also need a server or zone — if so, the product page on VumGM asks for it.

Check it twice

• Copy and paste the ID instead of typing it, if you can.
• Where supported, VumGM checks the ID before you pay — confirm it is the right account.
• Credits delivered to the ID you entered usually cannot be moved to another account.

Topping up for someone else

You can recharge a friend's or family member's account, as long as the product supports it. Just enter their ID, and make sure the purchase follows the app's own rules.

Entered the wrong ID?

Contact hi@vumgm.com straight away with your order reference. If the order has not been delivered yet and can still be stopped, we cancel it and refund you.

Never share these

Your password, one-time codes (OTP) and recovery codes. Anyone asking for them to "process your top-up" is not VumGM.
