How to Top Up BIGO Live Diamonds on VumGM (Step by Step)

Buying BIGO Live diamonds on VumGM takes about a minute, and you never need to share your BIGO password. All we need is the BIGO ID of the account you want to recharge.

What you need before you start

• The BIGO ID of the account that should receive the diamonds (yours or someone else's).
• A payment method available at checkout.
• An email address, so we can send your order confirmation and delivery updates.

Step 1 — Open the BIGO Live page

Go to BIGO Live diamonds. You will see every diamond package with its price.

Step 2 — Enter the BIGO ID

Type the BIGO ID of the account you want to top up. Where supported, we check the ID before you pay, so you can confirm it is the right account.

Check the ID carefully. Diamonds delivered to the ID you entered usually cannot be moved to another account.

Step 3 — Choose your diamond package

Pick the package you want. The price shown is the price you pay — any charges from us are included before you confirm, and your price is locked for 30 minutes while you check out.

Step 4 — Pay securely

Pay with one of the methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment providers; VumGM never receives or stores your full card number.

Step 5 — Track your order

After payment, your order page shows its live status. We only mark an order as Completed when our recharge partner confirms the diamonds were delivered, and we email you when that happens.

If something goes wrong

• Payment taken but order still pending? Don't pay again. Check your order page, then contact hi@vumgm.com with your order reference.
• Paid order can't be delivered? We refund it in full to your original payment method. See our refund policy.
• Entered the wrong ID? Contact us immediately — if the order has not been delivered yet and can still be stopped, we cancel and refund it.

Stay safe

Only buy on the official website, vumgm.com. VumGM will never ask for your BIGO password, one-time codes or your full card details in chat or by email.
